With oversized common spaces, Villa Le Capanne offers a variety of shared spaces to accommodate all your personal and professional needs. Here you can make the memories to last a lifetime.
Kitchen 1.
Our Service Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We provide all the cooking utensils and kitchen essentials: spices, ice maker, microwave, food processor, espresso machine, American coffee maker, toaster, industrial oven, food storage and more.
Informal Dining Room.
Our Informal Dining Room has a fire place, piano and a hidden storage with additional chairs, highchairs and travel cots. This room also gives you access to the first floor and bedroom 1.
Living Room.
Our Living Room has three sofas to accommodate large groups, 50" Smart TV, DVD player, two BOSE speakers, books & games.
Jacuzzi Room.
The Jacuzzi Room has its own shower and is also home to our Massage and Spa Area. Spa services can be booked on demand.
Kitchen 2.
Adjacent to each other, it is equipped with an industrial dishwasher, two refrigerators, serving equipment and a mini-bar. The mini-bar is stocked with prosecco, white and red wine and alcohol to purchase. We can always provide you with your drink of choice.
Formal Dining Room.
In our Formal Dining room, you will find our vintage radio & vinyl record player. In this room, we can host dinners up to 50 persons.
Relax Room.
This room is adjacent to the Jacuzzi room & restrooms on the ground floor. It is stocked with pool towels & essentials.
Pizza Oven/BBQ.
An original 100-year-old wood burning pizza oven, fully restored for use. The bbq and fire pit are also available to guests to use on their own.
