Country Relais & Spa Le Capanne is opened all year around, offering a 24-hour concierge service to our guests. We are centrally located in the heart of Tuscany. With us as your Tuscan home, you can easily plan day trips to Volterra, Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Cinque Terre, Lucca, Livorno and other cities. The nearest city is Volterra (9 km away), one of the oldest cities in Italy, founded before Rome. It was an important Etruscan settlement between the 7th - 2nd century BCE. 

Villa Le Capanne has nine en-suite, double bedrooms, each with its own private entrance. An original wood burning pizza oven, built in bbq and fire pit are available to guests. We also have an indoor jacuzzi and spa area. Our generously sized in-ground pool is accompanied by our pool house (kitchenette, storage and restrooms). Every room in the Villa is equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Wi-Fi is also available in the courtyard & pool area. Our guests may elect to self-cater or hire our catering company to provide an array of services. The Villa is exclusively and privately yours, we are your Tuscan contact for whatever you may need.

Rental prices vary depending on the rental season: low, medium or high. Villa Le Capanne does not rent individual rooms, nor do we exceed a maximum capacity of twenty-two person sleeping at the venue (you are welcome to invite family and friends to join you during the day). Indoor event capacity is set at 80 pax, outdoor event capacity is set at 150 pax. The minimum rental period is 3-nights. We will place a maximum hold of seven days on all inquiries, if requested.

Villa Le Capanne has a strict non-smoking policy indoors. Pets are not permitted, unless otherwise approved by the Owners.
